I have no snow, so snow doesn't exist. That'll change in a week though.
Also, March 20th is the First Day of Spring, so yesterday, the 19th, was Winter Wrap Up Day.

No 19th was still winter so it officially ended today so you would have wrapped it up today

No, the lyrics are "cause tomorrow Spring is here," so Winter Wrap Up day is the day before Spring starts, i.e. the last day of Winter.

But the day after spring already started "Tomorrow Spring is here" would still work because spring is longer then 1 day
