Obligatory anniversary thread.

So here we are again, another year down the line. When I joined back in 2012 when the forum was but a week or so old I never thought I'd make it 3 years here and be the one running the damn place.. 

Believe it or not but when I first joined I told myself this would just be a short stint, I'd try this whole brony fandom thing out, see if I couldn't meet a nice guy or two or girl. Eventually I became hooked and suddenly I find myself as an admin even though I said to myself I'd stay away from that. (yeah that one went well didn't it?) 

We've been through our ups and downs, both personally and as a forum and I'd like to think we come out of it stronger than before, closer to each other than before. We have a diverse range of personalities and interests which makes it fun to chat with each other and poke a bit of fun at each other.

I'll keep it short this year as I feel there's not much to say other than how grateful I am to have meet each and everyone one of you that I chat with and I wouldn't trade away the last 3 years of my life for anything.

Over the course of the previous year and 6 months we received two new prominent members on the forum and while the latter is still fairly new here the former has been here a month and already influenced pretty much all of us in some way. 

I am of course speaking of the lovely Pegabella.

The latter joined us back in December and over the course of the past 3 months he's already made a presence here as a person who you enjoy chatting with and I hope he'll grow alongside us as we go forward.

I would also like to extend a big THANK YOU to Callum aka Firewire for helping with making the forum look a bit better and while the updates to the forum have stopped for now there's still some work to do once we get a new header and stuff.

So to close this thread out I'd like to thank everyone for being here the past 3 years and I hope we can stick together for another 3 years so cheers everybody.

Wait a minute ... I posted this reply about seven days after Cloudchaser posted this on the forums ... I'M TOO LATE!

That, and I've only been on this forum for like 2 or 3 months, so honestly I haven't made any impact here, so my response doesn't really matter anyway.
